Project: Lagen Island Resort
ACC is leading the design engagement and project management for the Lagen Island Resort development, owned by Ayala Land Hospitality, in El Nido, Palawan. The scope encompasses the architecture and engineering design of support facilities and infrastructure, ensuring the resort’s operations are seamlessly integrated with its natural surroundings. With Arqicentric overseeing both design and management, the project is currently in progress, reflecting a commitment to sustainable hospitality, operational excellence, and high-quality design standards.

ACC led the design engagement for the Holiday Inn Makati Renovation, commissioned by Ayala Land Hospitality, in Makati City. The scope encompassed Architecture and Engineering Design (AOR+EOR), modernizing facilities and enhancing guest experiences. The project has been successfully completed, demonstrating Arqicentric’s commitment to quality upgrades and hospitality excellence.

Project: Alogis Artico Vermosa
Arqicentric Consultancy Company is at the forefront of the design engagement for the Alogis Artico Vermosa development, owned by Ayala Land Logistics Holdings Corporation, in Imus, Cavite. The scope includes Architecture, Civil Works, and Structural Engineering Design, supporting logistics and infrastructure growth. The design phase has been completed, and construction is in progress, with a target completion year of 2026, showcasing Arqicentric’s expertise in large-scale development.

Arqicentric Consultancy Company is driving the FLS Design Review for the Mandarin Hotel Project, developed by Ayala Land Inc., along Makati Avenue, Makati City. The scope centers on Fire and Life Safety Design Consultancy, ensuring compliance with safety standards and enhancing guest protection. Arqicentric Consultancy Company collaborated with FLOWFORTH Ventures Inc. and Ortigas & Company, Limited Partnership to provide Fire and Life Safety Design consultancy across three landmark developments in Metro Manila: The Empress Residential Tower in Pasig City, the Greenhills Shopping Center Redevelopment 1 in San Juan City, and the Greenhills Lifestyle Mall in San Juan City. Through his years of diversified local and overseas experience, he has developed expertise in the typologies of Retail, Residential, Hotels & Resorts and Industrial Facilities, from small to high-rise developments. His expertise ranges from Architectural Design, Design and Construction Management, Fire Life Safety and Sustainability. He is also adept in providing Research and Development, Design for manufacturing and assembly, and other construction methodologies into design.

Her two decades of comprehensive experience in Architecture and Interior Design both to local and international companies with stints from Asia. Middle East and Australian Projects on her mostly corporate practice, she was able to exhibit exemplary performance in design, job management, building information modelling, visualization and design management . Well adept to both local and international codes and standards, her know-how will offer wide range of solutions to your every project needs.
